Delivery slot and any delivery charges (if applicable) will be confirmed during order confirmation.
Order Status Updates

Order status updates (including “Processing”) will be communicated to you via messaging (typically WhatsApp, or the same channel used for order confirmation).
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only before 24 hours or until your order status is updated to “Processing”, whichever is earlier.

Once the status is updated to “Processing”, cancellation is not permitted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

If we are unable to fulfill your confirmed order (e.g., batch availability issue), any amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged / Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess and arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
No refunds in all other cases.
